All Karate Classes Are Now Booked Online
KARATE LESSONS
Family Karate
Family Karate Classes are for all ages and grades age 4+. Families can train together in these classes or children can train by themselves.
FOX CUBS
All children age 4-9 follow the Fox Cubs Karate Programme - The Fox Cubs programme - simplified for younger children, incorporating exercise and games.
KUMITE & KATA CLASSES
Kumite (fighting) and Kata (form) classes are suitable for all students aged 4+. The classes focus of fighting and competition karate skills in the Kumite classes and Katas in the Kata classes.
TO PROGRESS AT THE USUSAL RATE WE RECOMMEND THAT ALL KARATE STUDENTS TRAIN FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 KARATE LESSONS PER WEEK.
