All Karate classes are now booked online.

Simply book your class below and ensure that you turn up to all classes you have booked. Please stick to your weekly allocation of classes.

Please ensure that if you book a place you turn up to class as you may be preventing someone else from training in that class. 

​

Please remember to regularly sanitise hands. No spectators are currently allowed in classes. 

​

To progress at the usual rate we recommend training in at least 2 Karate classes per week for all Students - more for Squad Members and those Students training for Black Belt.
